Terms of Use — Vault Runner
These Terms govern your use of Vault Runner (the "App"): a skill-based arcade experience for Solana Mobile Seeker (Android) with optional Mobile Wallet Adapter and on-chain features. We do not ship an iOS build of this title. By playing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Nothing in the App is an offer to buy or sell securities or digital assets, or investment advice. On-chain tokens, SBTs, and rewards depend on program rules and network conditions; you are responsible for your own tax, legal, and compliance decisions.
2. Blockchain, wallet, and program
Transactions you approve are your responsibility. Public keys and on-chain data are visible on the blockchain. We do not custody your private keys. The deployed program and parameters may change between releases; see the public repository for program id and code.
3. Beta and availability
The App may run against devnet and experimental features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific reward availability, or third-party RPC or wallet uptime.
4. No warranty; limitation of liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMESEEKRS AND CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR THE BLOCKCHAIN.
5. Trademarks
Solana Mobile and Seeker are trademarks of their owners. This App is not the official dApp of Solana Mobile, Inc. unless a separate written partnership says otherwise.
