Terms of Use — GSkrs Flashlight
These Terms govern GSkrs Flashlight: torch, strobe, camera / Clip & Pick, optional MWA connect and message signing (no transaction broadcast in the reference build). Android / Seeker only. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not financial or legal advice
Not an offer to buy or sell securities. You are responsible for your tax, legal, and compliance decisions.
2. Camera, media, permissions
You control OS permissions. You are responsible for lawful use of the camera in public and private spaces.
3. Blockchain and wallet (optional)
Approvals you make are your responsibility. We do not custody private keys. Chain tab may use read-only RPC; sign test may be off-chain only, per build.
4. SKR / distribution tab
May describe intent for future flows; no live transfer unless a build says so.
5. No warranty; liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameSeekrs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Trademarks; third parties
Solana Mobile / Seeker are third-party marks. RPC, wallet, X, and Google have their own terms.
